Payment

When placing orders please take extra care that all of your details are correct, especially your postal address. I accept PayPal for all orders.

Shipping

Lilli Lou Lou is a one person run business. You will note that most products can be posted immediately allowing 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia depending on your location. All of my products are shipped by Australia Post and I will advise you when they have been dispatched.

Refunds and Exchanges

Lilli Lou Lou is happy to exchange or refund any item that is faulty within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Additional Info

All of Lilli Lou Lou's products are designed and made by hand locally. I endeavour to have consistency and high quality workmanship on every piece of clothing but please remember that as each piece is made by hand small variations may occur making each product unique and original. I try to photograph each piece to portray fabric colours as accurately as I can, but again, slight differences may occur due to personal computer monitor factors etc.
